Appearance

• when compared to the other islands such as Pag, Krk, Vis, the island of Rab is green in summer
• so don't be afraid if you see only one huge rocky ground at the North-East Side of the island. :)))

Agriculture

• Throughout the history, Lopar people were known for tomato (pomidor) and olive cultivation
• Production of those two was enough for all hoteliers throughout the Adriatic coast and more broadly
• Today, this practice has died out, however most people would be glad to offer a few tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers to enjoy the taste of real natural salad
